Pagination

Operations that return a list return it 25 items per page. Pass a 1-based page query parameter for the next page:

The page comes back with its position:

page is the page you asked for (default 1).
pageSize is the number of items per page.
totalDelivered is the number of items in the whole list, so the last page is ceil(totalDelivered / pageSize).

Reading a page is free and does not change what the run delivers or bills.
